The Allied Rotan Collective is the new political designation of the lands formerly known as Rotan. Called 'ARC' for short, the country is a budding one building itself up after a class SSS rift removed the people, animals, buildings, and structures that used to compose Rotan's entirety. The country's population is limited to the former inhabitants of Rotan who were living in other parts of the world when the disaster struck and workers hired by the Triumvirate to quickly rebuild over what was once lost.
The Triumvirate
Three rich philanthropists with very deep pockets have been responsible for the renewal of the country following its massive disaster. Jaycee Monja of the Reeve Monja family, Rakado of the Nameless Reeve, and Gon Flyswift of Rotan came together pooling their resources built up in the world. Miss Monja's family funds housed in New Northumbria went towards the reconstruction of New Belfast, the replacement port for Rotan to create a new shipping point for the country to use. Rakado the Nameless put forth his funds housed in Po-Koro to create a town near the valuable oil wells of the Reeve desert lands, founding the new city 'Pheon' for workers and former inhabitants of Rotan to live in following the disaster. Gon Flyswift with his fortune from Lancia de Pace put forth his efforts in creating the infrastructure to connect Pheon to New Belfast, facilitating the growths of both cities.
The Triumvirate is the unquestioned governing force of the region. Peace-keeping forces are maintained by Gon Flyswift while master of coin for the region falls to Jaycee Monja. Rakado puts most of his efforts into the recognition of the country and political standings at the Seat of the World and Rotan's former allies.
